Product Information & Pricing
All product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price of our products reflects the exchange rate between Japanese Yen and Australian Dollars at the time of import, which means you will see inevitable fluctuation in the price range of each brand. We strive to provide as much information about each product as possible – from measurements to styling suggestions – but if there’s something missing, please send an email to enquiry@electricalice.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can with an answer.

Payment Methods
All orders are processed by PayPal, but this doesn't mean you need to sign up for a PayPal account. At the checkout page you can either enter your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or your PayPal account details.
Shipping and Handling
We accept both local Australian orders and International orders. All Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate cost via Australia Post (Registered), with signature on delivery and a 1-2 business day shipping time. (3 days if you are in a rural or remote area.) All International orders are shipped at flat rate costs via Australia Post (Registered), with a signature on delivery and a 3-10 business day shipping time. If you have any concerns or special requests, please send an email to shipping@electricalice.com. We are more than happy to provide you with a quote for a different shipping method if you let us know what you intend to order, so we can accurately estimate the weight.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please email returns@electricalice.com, stating the nature of the problem and your 16-digit receipt number (in your confirmation email from Paypal). We will do our best to resolve any issues, but please remember that as we are still a new company, we are not yet able to refund your shipping cost (except in cases where we have made a shipping error.) So please be careful when you order. Returns received in a worn condition will not be refunded. Intimates, socks, tights, leggings and “final sale” items are non-returnable. Privacy
When you buy from ElectricAlice.com, we collect your personal information in order to process your purchase. This information includes your full name, your shipping address and your email address. Your financial information (such as your credit card details) is processed separately through PayPal, and is never visible to us. ElectricAlice.com does not share the personal information of its users with any third parties for any reason, including promotional purposes.
