The latest Milk collection has arrived – and it’s as cute as ever! I’ve put together this little collage of the items I’m interested in ordering for Electric Alice, but you can see a few more pieces on the Milk Website here. I’m practically frothing over the cute chocolate bars print and the bold hearts print items. What do you guys think? Sadly there won’t be any of the coveted Milk heart bags (seen in this previous post) but at least that means we’ll see them in the next season. In the meantime, there’s more than enough gorgeous prints and adorable accessories to tide us over!

That’s my favourite piece too! The print also comes in a T-shirt dress. <3

Is anyone outside of Japan going to fit into their sizes?
I’m a size SMALL, and everything in their store in Harajuku was TINY. As in, you need to be very short and very skinny.
Their sizes are even small for Japanese sizes.

Milk garments are designed to fit a size 8, which definitely is quite small. That’s why will only order the size-flexible garments, for this reason. The skirts shown, for example, have elasticated waists, which we have been told will fit size 8, size 10 and sometimes up to size 12. This is still relatively small and we did express our concern about this issue during meetings with Milk, but unlike other brands, unfortunately they are unwilling to accommodate larger sizes (now or in the future.)
We really don’t want to be size-ist, but we figure even if only a small percentage can fit Milk, we shouldn’t rule it out all together.
